Top-notch customer service from a knowledgeable and friendly staff. Along with all of the healthy food options there’s a unique toy selection including a great variety of snuffle toys and mats (the snail unrolls and entertained my Pug for so long he needed a nap)! While toys are fun, my favorite area of the store is the large selection of treats and rawhide free natural chews, safe nutritious snacks to help him live his best life!

There is no other pet store like it. I started shopping here years ago and can’t get enough of all the quality foods & treats for my cat and dog. The staff is wonderful and knowledgeable and treat you like family. They have supplements for ailments and know every product in their store. We were blessed for the Warren store and I can’t stay away more than a few days. They have fun activities through the months that keep you loving your shopping experience. I will always be shopping here to keep my pets Healthy & Happy.

We've been loyal customers of The Pet Beastro ever since this location opened which was around the time we got our puppy, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! It's clear they care deeply about the well-being of our pets. We love trying new products for our dog, and The Pet Beastro always has something unique and healthy to offer. Our pup absolutely loves visiting the store, and the warm, welcoming atmosphere makes it a joy to shop there. The staff is not only incredibly nice but also highly knowledgeable—they’re always ready with great advice on natural pet food options and other products. What really sets The Pet Beastro apart is their commitment to their customers. They frequently have sales, and we often receive coupons, which make it even more enjoyable to shop there. Their events are also a highlight for us; we’ve been for the halloween costume contest and we even met Santa! Overall, The Pet Beastro has been an amazing resource for us and our pup. We highly recommend it to anyone who wants the best for their furry friends!

We love The Pet Beastro and are so excited about the new location! This location has so much room for a whole aisle of chews to satisfy the cravings of our young and old puppies as well as a convenient location to pick up our standing order of cat food. Any time I need a recommendation, I know I can count on their amazing knowledgeable staff to help me. Loving this new location as it’s easy to pick up a special treat for my fur babies after finishing a workout at Edge.

I don’t visit this store often, but today was my dog’s birthday, and I wanted to get him some dehydrated treats. I knew this place had a great selection, so I stopped by. The store was clean, the staff was super friendly, and I even got some free goodies! I also picked up a mystery box, which my dog absolutely loved!

I have been shopping here since the grand opening. It is probably the cleanest local pet store to take my dogs. I don’t have to worry about overstimulated dogs causing mine to react. Somehow Maddie and Dr Jill remember my fur kids even when I come in alone. They always have great suggestions on products and new items to discover.

It was our first time to visit the store and service was friendly. The staff helped me pick out what I needed for my dog (oral care, treats and flea collar) they have frozen raw food selections here. Bring your own shopping bag. They have good selection of natural products for your dog/cat. We signed up for email distribution and received a goody bag. We will be back.
